- Disruptive, abusive, or threatening behavior, whether verbal or physical, is prohibited.
3. Interaction with Speakers
- Respect the time and privacy of speakers and refrain from interrupting their presentations or interviews.
- Direct any questions or comments through the appropriate Q&A channels or as directed by event staff.
4. Photography and Recording
- Unauthorized photography, audio, or video recording of any part of the event is strictly prohibited.
- The Naples Speaker Series and its assigns may capture photos and recordings during the event for promotional purposes. By attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed or recorded and waive any right to inspect, approve, or have a say regarding the use of such photos or recordings for promotional, marketing, or other purposes.
5. Compliance with Venue Rules
- All participants must adhere to the rules and regulations of the event venue.
- Smoking, unauthorized entry into restricted areas, and other prohibited activities will not be permitted.
6. Reporting Violations
- If you witness or experience any behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please notify event staff immediately.
7. Consequences of Violations
- Any participant found in violation of this Code of Conduct may be removed from the event without a refund.
- In serious cases, violators may be banned from future events or referred to the appropriate authorities.
